Sérieux manque de communication

Malgré mes maintes réclamations à la SRM, je ne reçois toujours aucune facture par email (alors que je les recevais de la Lydec). Ce qui m’a d’ailleurs engendré une coupure d’eau, coupure de surcroit sans préavis non plus. Get your act together SRM !

Terrible Experience – Avoid This App!

I’ve had a horrible experience with this app. First, it turns out my account is linked to another account, and I have no idea how this happened. This caused a lot of confusion with my payments, and I couldn’t pay my bills correctly! Customer support is non-existent, and I spent hours trying to fix this with no solution. It’s frustrating and unacceptable for an app that handles such important tasks. Until they fix these issues, I would recommend staying away. There are much better and more reliable apps out there!

Years ago I used to be able to pay my bills using my international credit cards but then all of sudden Lydec stopped it and only allowed Moroccan cards to be used.
I don’t understand why a mega company such as la Lydec would do that!!
Very disappointed.

Dear Customer, Cards issued by out of Moroccan banks are unfortunately not permitted. This option has been discontinued after some fraud issues. We are working closely with relevant institutions to permit then again. Sincerely yours ,

Impossible de se connecté, a chaque fois l’application vous informe que le mot de passe est incorrect alors qu’il es correcte, je ne conçois pas l’intérêt de publier une mise à jour qui détruit toute l’utilité de l’application, l’ancienne version fonctionnait parfaitement. Sincèrement une mise à jour null
