  • Whyd you guys do it :(

This app really was easy and convienent to use, I could make deep fried images in under a minute. I had been using this app for more than 2 years until now. You guys made such a greedy change to wipe all of my previous edits only let me make ONE new one, and then force your crappy overpriced subscription on me, peace lol
  • used to be good

This app used to be good, I loved using it making deep fried memes for tiktok and instagram. But recently I click to make a new image and it keeps asking me to buy premium, I press the X button and try pressing it again but it keeps popping up and wouldn’t let me use it without buying it. So I decided to delete the app and reinstall it. But now there is no X button and it’s telling me I have to pay to use it!?! This app used to be elite but now it’s just a crappy cash grab.
  • Stupid expensive pay wall

I had this app since 2018 and it was my life. It was arguably the best meme app out there. When the pay wall popped up it had the “X” on it so I could get rid of it, but then it wouldn’t go away. And it wants me to pay $30 a year to use it. Sad to be letting this app go cause it was really fun😞😞
  • Loved it but it went down hill...

So I use the app and loved it but then I stopped using it for a while and one day I opened the app and see that you need to pay to use the app now before it was free and no watermark and it cost $30 bucks a year and just delete it because I don’t want to pay 30 bucks to use a app I rarely use.
  • Paywall

The app works well for meme purposes, but it only lets you create one deep fried image and then proceeds to block you from making any more until you pay for a subscription.

I could see people buying it for a one time payment, but paying upwards of $30 a year is absolutely ridiculous for an image editor that basically takes three functions you can already do in PhotoShop and condenses it to mobile form.
  • Used to be better

When I first downloaded the app I loved it because it didn't have a premium subscription but now when I opened the app and saw that it has a premium now and has watermarks when u don't have premium I stopped using this app.
  • Paid subscription, for a meme maker?

It’s a shame. The app was free for so long, was pretty easy to use, pretty fun, and good for making and frying memes. Sadly, they’ve put up a paywall for features that used to be free, and while it’d be bad enough to put it behind a one-time fee, they’ve decided that a subscription would be a better option. A paid subscription, for a meme photo editor.
  • Goodbye to my favorite editing app

I have had this app for about a year now and it was amazing, completely free, worked amazing, gave me unlimited uses, no water marks, and it was all around amazing. However, a few days ago they updated the app and added a subscription. I can’t pay for a monthly or annual subscription that only renews the features I loved and used for a year before. It’s a sad update and I will no longer be able to use this app.
  • False advertising

While the app initially did what I wanted to, I was met with a paywall the moment I open up the app, I say whatever and see that they have a free trial option, I look further into the terms of service and see that it’s free for a week, so I sign up and to my surprise nope there’s no free trial just $31 out of my bank account for an app that offers two features.
  • Cash grab, pay walls

I really liked using this app for the past year and am sad to be letting it go now, I realize that the devs. have to make money some how, and I wouldn’t be very bothered by the occasional ad if it were not too intrusive or annoying, but pay walls and subscription services are a sad route to take.

I always thought the app needed more content, and could have been improved at any time, but this decision is no good in my opinion. I’m very disappointed to see how things changed.
