Poor export quality

Update: lensa is trying to get subscribers who are paid up to pay up for another subscription. Don’t get duped! By this. In addition They do not respond to emails about legitimate issues. Ignore ignore ignore. Features and functions even on premium subscription don’t work and unavailable. This issue has been occurring for over a year. NO RESPONSE from lensa Latest update. Lensa has started limiting Use of Editing features to a certain number each day. This is a new development. Obviously they told know one about it and you only discover it she. You start using the editing so much do for unlimited plan. It doesn’t really mean unlimited. JPEG export at low 72 resolution regardless of original file size. Originally responders told me it could edit raw files. This is a lie. As well as the rubbish they said that it should export at same resolution as original file. It doesn’t! You’re lucky if you get a 1mb image. Of course customer service is lacking. Zero interaction. Not to mention preventing this review been posted

Hello! Please let us clarify all the details: the final photo quality depends on such factors as its original resolution, the model of the device, and the applied adjustments. After processing in the app, photo resolution can be changed as the app can optimize it. However, we always try to keep the highest quality of the edited photo.

Updates have disappointed

I downloaded this app a couple of years ago to try the ai avatar feature. It worked great. You could upload a few photos of yourself to use and it would generate fun ai photos with your likeness. I decided to do a few again today. Excited you can now put two people in a photo. I realized you can only upload one photo now. And the ai avatars look nothing like us. Quite disappointed considering it worked so well in the past.

Terrible avatars

I used this about a year or so ago & was allowed to upload multiple photos of myself to be used, it was fun & I was pleased that most of the images looked like me, thought I’d try a few of the new avatar packs & was surprised it now only asks for one photo uploaded. The results were terrible, didn’t look like me at all & despite choosing a photo with clear hair visible the results changed my hairstyle to something else completely & gave every image the same new hair style. I tried 3 times using 3 different original photos & each time the avatars got the exact same fictional hairstyle & also didn’t look like me. Was much better when it used multiple photos to generate the AI pics from as one photo clearly isn’t enough information. Waste of time & money!

Yeh I tried several times using various photos & all the results came out bad i.e The beach holiday avatar in your example shows a fit topless man on the beach, I was a personal trainer & in good shape but all the beach ones I got had me a polo shirt or jumper with a fat belly & made me look like an old man off to play golf! I have a bit of stubble but it’s not grey, but all of the AI images gave grey stubble. It’s like they made me unfit & aged me 30 years! Won’t waste any more money on trying new ones.

Getting Frustrated

I love this app and its effects. I would love to write a better review than this, because I think this is a great app and that it works very well. However, I am getting really annoyed and finding some of the policies somewhat scam like. I was unable to use some of the features I wanted to and thought that the price was reasonable, so I bought the yearly subscription package. I went to an event last night and am trying to edit multiple photos, but after editing 4 the app is telling me “Hollywood presets’ daily usage limit reached your unlimited access resumes tomorrow”. Firstly, if you’re going to limit my access, the usage of the word “unlimited”is a scam, lie, breach of contract, and very disappointing, seeing that the yearly subscription advertises unlimited access. Very misleading and dishonest and I am extremely disappointed with the creators of the app and wish I knew this before purchasing the yearly subscription, because I would not have purchased an “unlimited” subscription with significant usage limitations violating the explained benefits of the subscription. Do better.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you faced this issue. I have already created a task for the developers and they are investigating this case. In the meantime, could you please log out of your account in the app, log back in, and try applying the AI preset again? Will you be able to save the photo or will the error still occur? In general, there is indeed a limit to the number of AI presets that can be applied, because in this case we are using an AI model to process photos, and in order not to overload it, there is a limit. But in this case the limit is working wrong. Vlad

Was awesome

This is by far one of the best photos app until recently. Mine crashes nonstop these days I’ve had it for two years now and it’s suddenly gone down hill fast. I hope they can fix it. I miss how great it was.

Why did you ruin my fave photo app??!?

I’ve used this app for years and always LOVED it. Suggested it to all my friends and friends would send me their photos to edit for them! It was awesome! I’ve tried tons of different photo editing apps but this was always my go to because it had everything in one place and was so convenient. It was simple to use, functioned perfectly and had a ton of options but the basics were right at your fingertips upon opening. Several months ago… the set up upon opening changed, loading takes forever, the basics became more difficult to get to and IT CRASHES CONSTANTLY. CONSTANTLY! I can’t get through editing even one photo without it crashing, almost every time, and literally just had it crash NINE TIMES trying to edit 5 photos. I’ve given it months to make updates and fix whatever they ruined, hoping it was temporary but if anything… it’s worse. My very fave app is useless now. Makes me want to throw my phone.

Plz refund

PLEASe just took my money out of my account illegally I did not agree a years payment I was just trying out the app. I just use 7 trial days That’s awful very awful

Poor quality

Even with the paid version the pictures I received, it was very poor quality. I will suggest everyone not to waste money on this app.
