It’s really okay..
I wish it held up more photos but i got this as a gift from my bf, and i love it, it’s pretty simple and easy to use.
Awesome Concept, Elementary App
There’s great room for improvement with the app. Staging memories (up to 50! photos) but having to individually transfer them, why bother. The transfer doesn’t send them in the order staged either so you spend a bunch of time repeating the same process. Also, the “titles” don’t show up all cute on the photo like their promo video shows on the website; the titles are hidden under the top buttons on the viewing screen. What would be even better is to have the option of different profile views for the two types of users - giver or receiver. For the price of the necklace, the app needs to be more user friendly and convenient.
However, my memories are uploaded and my girlfriend is going to cry reading the captions so I’m still classifying it as a win.

It takes 15 minutes at to see my memories
I have to try get it to read my necklace for extremely long periods of time, I can see the code clear on my phone screen but it does not open to my memories. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. I love this piece of jewelry, and the idea behind it but this app SUCKS.
Does not scan, not worth the time
It’s me and my girlfriends 6 month anniversary, and we were planning on going out to dinner together and I was going to give her this necklace with a bunch of memories before she left for college. The QR code in my Omega heart won’t even scan. Thank you Mementum for ruined ANOTHER persons anniversary gift.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED...
Today’s my wife and I’d wedding anniversary and I got an Omega Heart Necklace for her as a gift...Was planning to surprise but the necklace WILL NOT scan...haven’t even given it to her yet because the necklace will not scan even in the brightest light...I am very disappointed and upset because this was supposed to be an anniversary present and I can’t even give it to my wife...Any help is very much appreciated...

New Update uhhh!
The new update means you can’t toggle OFF the blurry camera. The blurry camera NEVER scans the code so I always turn it off. However, with the new update- when I toggle it OFF to have the normal camera the screen just displays white.... ANNOYING
