  • Needs updating

    Have been very please with the app and Time2 cameras, however using it on Apple ipad now seems not to operate correctly on current update and very frustrating if it can’t be corrected will have to change complete system and bin Clan and camera system. Just not good enough.
  • Can’t view play back ever! Crashes constantly

    Great if you just want to view in real time but absolutely useless if you want to be able to record and look back at anything! The app loads and then constantly crashes. On top of that every time you try to view a camera live it restarts the camera so you have to wait for it to reload! I would look into getting cameras with different software cos this is crap!

  • Good video but sound detection not so hot

    Great video for keeping an eye on my elderly mum but I find the notifications annoying as they are over sensitive and kept pinging me every 2 seconds and the sound isn’t very good as I can’t hear what’s going on lots of the time and the volume at the camera end is too quiet so my mum doesn’t hear me when I talk through it - she is hard of hearing so needs something louder . The carers can hear just about though if they are in there when I talk to her on it . Still worth the money for the video alone though

  • Terrible, buggy app with poor functionality.

    The CCTV system itself is good, easy to install and provides good quality footage.

    Everything falls apart when it comes to the app. Firstly, you cannot simply “fast forward” your footage, meaning you’ve got to guess when an incident occurred and manually select a time, being able to fast forward the footage whilst you watch it at a faster speed would be much better. Secondly, the app crashes a lot, usually I can only select 3 time points before it stops responding completely, and fails to fetch anymore footage, you then have to restart the app and go through it all again.

    Good camera, terrible app with limited functionality.

    App is really good! One feature I would recommend is to be able to watch the playback and fast forward or rewind at different speed setting rather than choosing a certain time or watching it all.
  • Can’t Log On

    I have had the cameras for a number of years and use this app. I haven’t logged on for a while and now isn’t recognising my account details (i have had the same email and phone number for 20+ years so no chance my user name isn’t one of them). Tried ‘forgot password’ but using email ‘user doesn’t exist’ using phone number ‘country/region not supported’ (united kingdom) so can’t reset password. Many emails ans a 30 minute call to be told no-one can tell me my account name but it will be email or phone number, so only option is to take my cameras down (not an option for me without paying someone to come and do it) and reinstall and make new account, therefore losing all of my footage which i need to access for important reasons. Ridiculous

    Bought this great little camera two weeks ago.
    Totally unobtrusive and works brilliantly. I find hibernating the camera when I am at home works well. If I forget when I am out, I can of course start it from my phone. Only small issue I have is that the alerts can be slow in coming through. Must check it out with the friendly and brilliant support staff. I have spoken with them with other products and nothing was a trouble to them.

  • Needs improvement: 2 major flaws

    Slow to review and retrieve video in the event of an incident. You only discover that after an incident. You need to be able to quickly download ( not record which is the current system) all video to review off line on a bigger screen with better video software that allows fast scrolling through the recordings.

    The new addition of adverts at start up, delaying access to cameras and other devices is a thoughtful and welcome addition for some I’m sure. Just shows how little the app developers give two hoots about their customers. Get a grip.

    There are good bits but the 2 points above need addressing before any improved rating can be considered.

  • Room for alot of improvement

    When you get a notification for sound or motion detection, when you click on “view now” it should take you to the time frame of when the sensor was triggered not to the current time, end up wasting ages trying to go back to the exact time slot. It’s also very hard to find an event that that has happened because you have a little scroller to scroll through a whole 24hours with no indicators on the time line. You only get indicators on the time line when you pay for the cloud. Also There should also be a (speed X1.5, X2, X3 ect… because you end up spending ages trying to view what has been recorded. For example if someone broke into my car parked out the front during the middle of the night and i woke up to a smashed window i have to watch through 8 odd hours of footage to capture the moment it happened. This is the worst CCTV app there is on the market... Until improvements are made.

    Overall great product. Check you can get a good signal outside at installation point before fitting camera into place. A ball joint type of adjustment which can then be laced into po see Orion/rotation would be an improvement. Still glad I made purchaer though. Found it (3 no) to be reliable. Would buy again.
