I’m torn. Battery usage is TERRIBLE. App is a good idea but I still have no idea what I can even use this Mobilio currency for so seems kind of redundant.

Doesn’t refresh trips enough

While the app is a cool idea, it doesn’t respond as well as you hope. There is either a delay or a lack of refreshing for trips.

Also, what can I use the credits for? Is there any partners currently.

Interesting way of keeping you off you phone.

Earning is flawed

Earning algorithm for this app is majorly flawled. I don’t even touch my phone as it’s mounted to my dash and most times I won’t earn any points for 5-10min or even 30 min or longer drives. Needs to be fixed or how else do you expect me to earn credit?

Great Concept!

Love this app. I drive safer, I accumulate cryptocurrency with my points, and I enjoy doing it! Who ever said there was no such thing as easy money?? Yes, it’s brand new so there’s no way to spend or exchange the points, but that’s exactly why I think it’s best to start accumulating them now, while the exchange rate is low. I’m a big fan, and I’ll be an even bigger fan if Mobilio works long term (and I’d be really surprised if it didn’t).

Question

I haven’t had the chance to use it but I was wondering if I have apple car play and use my phone via the Apple car play to play music, audiobooks, have Siri respond text or call. If this will register as using my phone while driving? Also if I pull over to make a call or because I need to text. Does it solely require your body movement to detect this? Or would this cause problems and lose points?

Dear User, thank you for your feedback! You can use car play for music and navigation without losing points. Texting and calls - also over car play will be counted as distraction. As the cognitive distraction over bluetooth calls is nearly that high as via handheld calls. Great idea but...

Great idea and I like how the app is set up, however it DOES count as a distraction and invalidates any points received if you answer a call while driving - even while using hands-free (which kind of defeats the purpose when you can answer a call without taking your hands off the wheel...), which is something that should be worked out. Gets a 3 for now!

Dear User, thank you for your feedback! The cognitive distraction of a handsfree call is not much lower than a call via handheld, that is why Mobilio does not reward handsfree calls during a trip. App great, but currency uncertain

The app is great. Works well and I’m rewarded.

However, currently you cannot convert the coins earned into cash and you can’t use them to pay any vendors.

So until I can actually do something with the coins (ideally sell for cash) I can’t rate this any higher as it may ultimately be a waste of my time. Sorry developers! I’m hoping this works out for you and I.

In Q1/2020 we will implement a functionality that you can transfer the token to an ETH wallet. From this moment on it will be traded on decentralised exchanges. Safe travels, the Mobilio Team

How/where can u use Mobilio coins?

This is a great app to encourage getting rewarded for safe driving...but how can I spend the mobilio and how do I use it, where, etc. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Question

I have faith that when this currency comes to the market, they will have a way to pay for items via debt but I have many questions about what Mobilio and Dolphin company can do with our data. Anyways putting some chips into the basket. If it pays out it’s an automatic five star

Great app

Very good app it always recognises my trips and I can still play my music through the car without worrying about loosing points which is a bonus, the only down side is I’m not sure what/how to use the points I’ve gained
