  • Very easy and convenient to utilize

    Nice
  • A jip

It’s asking for a payment when I downloaded this app. WHAT PAYMENT? THERE IS NOTHING ON THE APP FROM THE APPLE STORE THAT STATES HOW MUCH THE PAYMENT IS!
  • worthless

adds fill the screen making the app unusable, delete
  • What is this math exactly....

Numbers are so off every time. I use it to verify that my payments are right when I show clients numbers. Strike that.... is like to use it, but it’s wrong. Who in the world put this together and why did Apple allow it on the App Store?!?!
  • Won’t do anything but 30 years

    Dumb
  • It won’t let you do 10 yr am

Waste of time and frustrating. If you only want a 30 yr am it’s ok. But change from that and it won’t work. Next
  • Can’t change term length

I can’t change the loan to be anything other than 30 years. The field seems like it should edit and work, but it doesn’t.

I do like the ability to add extra amounts to any individual months.

Make the time work for arbitrary numbers, and I’ll be happy.
  • It doesn’t do anything

I put the numbers in the fields, and then it does nothing. There is no “calculate” button or command, and gives the message “must calculate before you can” do anything else — like even leave the screen to go to a different function. I’m a financial professional who just needed a basic amortization calculator, but after 30 minutes of trying & passing this around for others to look at, no one could figure out how to get the calculator to calculate. I’ve deleted it.

  • Only allows for monthly payments

Can’t calculate based on biweekly or accelerated biweekly payments.
  • App keeps crashing

Perhaps it's because I've upgraded to iOS 12 two days ago, but I can't use this app. It keeps on crashing the moment I try and edit the interest rate field. I couldn't complete a single calc.

However, if this is indeed the case, it would be a weak excuse by the developer as they would've had access to iOS12 since June to release an update. Frustrating that apps of this poor quality still exist on the App Store.

    Developer Response

I’ve tested it on iOS 12 without issue. What device are you using? Can you comment further on the steps that lead to the crash.
