This update includes many improvements and added features to the SEIS Tracker app. Supplementals have been added for easy adding/editing On top of many general UI improvements the main page has also been improved by relocating the menu button over to the left hand side freeing up the right for an added search button. The search box is now hidden by default allowing more screen real estate when viewing services. Case notes and comments are now viewable directly from a service as they are on the site. Overall, the behavior of the app will now better match the site to give you a more consistent experience whether you are on mobile or a computer

The SEISTracker app allows service providers to quickly and easily document the delivery of their services, on the go. Most fields on the delivery page are prepopulated from the students IEP, to alleviate unneeded clicking. The deliveries entered into SEISTracker will update SEIS instantaneously. View the chart to see the total minutes that have been delivered for each student.

I’m happy we have access to an app, but being unable to provide bulk delivery on the app is severely inconvenient.

Editing crashes app
If you make a mistake on entering in information for a delivered service, try to go back and edit to fix said mistake, the app crashes every time leaving you to have to log back in.

Poorly designed! Doesn’t save time
The app requires that you scroll all the service providers. If you mistakenly touch the wrong service provider because the student is receiving five different services you have to waste time going back and reentering all your info. SEIS could do better. Please ask what your providers need so that you can improve. We really need a better iPad app to make our jobs easier not harder!
