Sorry for the bad experience. We know that there is a bug which may freeze some users if you kill the app in middle of measurement session without tapping return or done button. If you are stuck at the start popup dialog then we would suggest you to either delete the app completely and reinstall it from app store for free. This will delete all old data. Or if you want to keep your old drawings then relaunch the app again and type a different name other than the suggested name to start new measurement session.
