My experience has been annoying - Very slow and unstructured service
My first transaction was delayed about 3 hours after which I called customer support who asked for more documents and my relationship to recipient. After providing everything my transaction was approved.
The next time was the exact same thing - even longer delay, I eventually call then I get asked to upload more documents.
This has now happened 4 times in a row and I’m wondering “why can’t they just ask for everything they need at once? And how is it that they can approve my transactions when they apparently still had more documents to request? “
Very infuriating experience to what should have been a commonly used app for me as I support my family abroad. I will not use TALKREMIT any longer
