Passport option doesn’t work
The app is dual language, but the passport option doesn’t work so a non-Thai national is not able to use the app.
Absolutely useless
It’s the worst app I have ever used. No return bottom. Good luck to foreigners as even in English settings it’s in thai. It’s at the same time extra sensitive and the rest of the time you are pounding your screen. Extra extra extra stupid
Where is the “go back” button
Idk who wrote this application , but they have to go back to take more classes about writing applications. It’s sooooooo far from practical. C’mon this is the organization that’s run by government. Idk why they dont hire better people who write the application. It looks like it has done by a fresh man in college. (Not even the good one in the class)

This app is worthless if you don’t have a Thai citizen ID! I would give it zero stars
DLT smart queue
Smart Queue has been on line for more then a year. There are two areas to log in 1. Thai ID number 2. Foreigner PassPort Number. Number 2 has never worked! Since my Driver license has expired in April how long can I still use it to drive?

The log in by Foreign Passport button doesn’t work.
Complicated
I was trying to register for booking service queue. Not helpful for license as only allow for services related to car.
