Needs improvement
The app is prone to glitching out, especially when I try to put it in landscape mode. But I haven't had any major issues with it freezing out otherwisedarn nickname already taken

Don’t Bother
Worked well once and hasn’t worked since. The scope will not link to any of my equipment. Expensive for a one time use. I wouldn’t waste your money. BTW, there’s not one 5 star rating on here. Their lying to boot.Fingerlesschainsawchampx10
Loading…..
Works great when it works. Either picture freezes for minutes at a time, or it begins loading. Sometimes loads up quick, sometimes not so much, and sometimes never quits loading. Extremely frustrating. Have lost about 4 hours today from erratic behavior.jtblu11
Klein - please fix the app!
Have many Klein tools and am very happy with them.. however, this app is completely non-functional, on iOS and Android. Klein, please have some pride (and integrity) if you are going to keep selling your Wi-Fi scope and fix the app!!D-Pend
Disappointed
I was expecting the app to be able to connect to the usb version of the scope, just like android. I was wrong. 👎🏻LRod1976
Can’t tell the charge level
The app is very basic but at least it serves the 2 most basic requirements I was looking for.
1) it shows an image on my phone so I don’t have to look at the device.
2) I can capture images and videos on my phone.
On the down side there I have a few complaints.
1) It’s very basic, as in there are only two features, rotate 90 degrees and capture images.
2) picture quality is poor and no features to enhance it.
3)There’s no way to tell when it’s charged without unplugging the power. It’s not a deal breaker but it’s a terrible user experience.Show lessiPhone Audible Fanatic
Can’t upload pictures
Once you take a picture and try to hit the send button the whole app just shuts down. You have to screenshot the picture and then upload it where you need it. Super frustratingCmCm2

App Locks up after Loading
Running IOS 14.4.2 on iPhone 12. Once connected to the units WiFi and the app starts...it says “Loading” and locks up after it seemingly finished loading. Can’t get any video and and the green WiFi light goes to fast blink. Deleted the app and reinstalled...same thing. I guess I’ll either return the unit or wait for Klein to fix the app?Show lessdcautotester
