Admins can now use this mobile app to manage their organizations on and off the field! In this version, admins can see exactly what their coaches and staff see—across their entire organization. This means that they can view all teams’ schedules, members, details, chats, and announcements; as well as schedule and edit games and events (including creating custom locations and external teams). Admins can also use this app to stay on top of attendance by sending RSVP reminders and checking-in athletes as they arrive. And, no sweat if the admin is also a coach or parent—we’ve made it easy for them to switch between these roles and stay on top of everything right from their phone!

In this latest update, we've improved the event and game creation experience and introduced the ability for senders to delete announcements. Additionally, we've implemented various bug fixes and enhancements for a smoother app performance.

In our latest app update, we've rolled out several key improvements to simplify your youth sports experience. We've introduced a new payment feature on the Home Feed to ensure you never miss a payment. Additionally, we've updated the default Home Feed, Teams, Calendar, and Message tabs to minimize confusion and reassure you that you're in the right place, even when schedules and rosters are not published. Plus, we've fixed the bug that was preventing announcements from being hidden.

Get ready for some great updates in our latest release! Now, you can send Coach Notes to specific team members, not just the whole group, for targeted guidance. Plus, naming your chat groups is now a breeze, adding clarity to your team chats. We've also enhanced our accessibility with improved dynamic type features, making the app more user-friendly for everyone. And, of course, we've ironed out some minor bugs for a smoother experience. Exciting “Announcement”: Admins can now broadcast messages—called Announcements—into this app and via push notification, so no one on the team misses a beat. There’s also a new tab in town! The Teams tab will display if you have any active teams, so you can easily select and pin the most relevant teams to view their details. Additionally, coaches and staff now have the option to send and view RSVP reminders directly from the RSVP tab, and can also choose to view RSVP totals without the staff and coaches accounted for. Several navigation and experience enhancements have also been made to the app’s home feed, badge counts, buttons, labels, scoring, and player profiles which now show guardian information and new call, text, and email options. Take your game to the next level with several exciting new features! You can now easily register for open programs directly within the app. Plus, tournament schedule views are here: get real-time updates on schedules, locations, RSVPs, brackets, and more. Additionally, if your schedules haven't been published yet, we’ve added new screens to guide you through the app. And, last but not least, we now give you the ability to add events with external teams; and have improved how you can view members in the app, input and update scores, and more!

Introducing a whole new way to play! Coaches’ lives are about to get so much easier with new features like Coach notes, Custom locations, Score input, and the Home feed surfacing the more important information. We’re giving Coaches the autonomy to manage their own teams, locations, and scores through the mobile app to improve parents and players’ team experience. Want more details? Happy to help! We’ve improved our app’s design and navigation so it’s easier to see the most important information at the right time, including in a new Home feed. This includes coach notes which are high priority staff messages that will be sent as emails and push notifications, and displayed as alerts in the app (so no one misses them!). We’ve also added more event management features for coaches, allowing staff to create and add custom event locations on the fly, as well as input scores after the games directly in the mobile app. Now, go focus on what’s important—play!
