How good is an app that doesn’t work and you can’t get qualified help from support to fix it? After multiple emails and calls, I had it with ecobee smartbuildings. Don’t waste your time on it.HvdW-NJ

Not Very Useful
The SmartBuildings app has very limited control over devices. If you're looking for a mobile app to control multiple thermostats at the same time, this is not the answer.
This app is not even as functional as the standard Ecobee app and adds none of the SmartBuildings features.
