Ap easy to use, nice layout
Until I got my ancestry done with ancestry.com and they started giving me genetic advice I didn’t ask for… and It’s completely different to the active results.
Circle says I’m gifted in dancing, ancestry says I have terrible coordination… and many others…
I’d like to see Circle ap being obviously updated as new info about dnd comes to light. We paid a lot for it, and surely you’re getting new info… just a little new bubble or a what’s new this month…
You already make it clear info is as much as research is so far…

The ancestry part does NOT include ANY Native American break downs and instead spreads it across all of the other domains. Would love to see this updated.
A search app as well for medications and etc would be helpful.
No communication for remedy
The kit requires the app for registration and apparently comes with FedEx packaging included.
The problem was that I did not get the FedEx packaging, and it’s not possible to know as a buyer that there is packaging included for return to Circle unless you complete the activation process via the app first. It would help to know about the specific included posting method immediately in the order confirmation email so you know what to look out for in case anything is missing.
On realising the issue, I emailed Circle multiple times as I had used my test up but had no way to post it. I have still not had correspondence to offer assistance on either posting the test or receiving a new one, or even receiving a refund.

The new update for the iPhone not good at all I can’t select the text and translate it using iPhone new translator

DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE! You pay them money then never hear back from them
Huge mistake as I was meant to get the results in March. It then got pushed to the 1st of April. It’s now the 2nd of April and still no results.
