I tried to make a purchase in the game about a week and a half ago and it’s been malfunctioning ever since. Really good game just wish I could actually play it.ramniz73
I keep getting invalid receipt
I paid for a month of premium and can’t play the game . The money has been taken out of the bank but I can’t play in 3 days. I tried restarting the game by uninstalling and reinstalling but I lost all progress and still can’t playpaperburning
Easy to lose accounts
My iPhone xr got stole an now I’m my iPhone 11 an noticing there’s no sign in so I hate it for the people that actually spend cash they gone lose it all my process shows level one an I unlocked way to much to start over this metal madness no longer worth playing.QuincyQue
Online purchases
I’ve paid for the premium feature for extra points and I’ve also bought one epic gun and neither of the things I’ve paid for has been applied to my account. It’s not the money that’s the issue. It’s the fact that I paid for something and I’m not gettin it. There’s a “Restore Purchases” option in the settings but nothing happens no matter how many times you click it. Doesn’t work
Twice in the last 3 days I’ve tried to purchase a (1) premium membership and (2) one time starter pack. Both time I got an “invalid server response error” and something about a bad receipt.leahsnicks

Downloaded this game few days ago knowing it hasn’t had an update in over a year, decided to purchase premium account for 30 days. Just like I’ve read here in reviews, game doesn’t want to work anymore unless my so called “premium account” doesn’t load than it’s playable! I followed your directions of cancel the subscription etc still nothing! 30 day premium account is $15 iOS bought an iTunes gift card for $25 your super duty game took all of it for some f’d up reason trying to fix the issue! I’m furious with app games & yours was the cherry on top! Seems once several people make top leaderboard & unlock all offered items, the developers have successfully did what they wanted to achieve mothball it & walk away I’ve seen this in other games!! Don’t reply to me with some automated BS response I’ve already read here, because same issues from a year ago are still on going & is enough to tell me you don’t care about your customer’s!! Overall, very pleased with how much this surpassed my expectations. Sound design needs some work, though. But here's my advice: Push some ads. It will really help on bringing attention to this game. But please do not add "emoji season 6" things. Please.HengeBoi
