    It does not list my local MarketPlace foods. It only gives me 3 options and all are hundreds of miles away. I keep seeing ads in my local store to get the app for coupons which I want but it won’t work !

    I am handicapped and order my groceries for delivery from you every week. Very nice, makes me feel more independent. Your staff is amazing and if they have a question they call. The gentleman that delivers the groceries is outstanding! Your attention to customer service all the way around is impeccable!!! Thank you very much!

    Wonderful people who work very hard to take care of all their customers! I am older (almost 70) and disabled! Greg, Annesa and Terry go out of their way for me! I know there are others I just don’t know their names! Sometimes I may need to call store with a question. When I call people are very kind and helpful! Thank you Market Place!

  • Missing some information

    I noticed some pricing didn’t match with the sale ad. Also the choices of taco seasoning and onion by bag was limited on the app.
  • Nice store. Selection somewhat limited

    Grocery pick up would benefit from a designated location. In store selection is usually good. Corona virus situation is only going to get worse.
  • Terrible UI. Even worse customer service.

    I'll preface that I used this when it first rolled out, so there may have been bugs to work out.

    But when there were issues with my order, the contact in the app was someone in Utah or Denver or somewhere. No actual local support about an order issue. Which is fine, Walmart online ordering does the same, but the person on the phone told me they aren't actually affiliated with Market Place and can't correct a billing issue. So the app can accept your money just fine and get your order over to Marketplace, but that's it.

    I called AND to cancel my order once I saw how lacking support is. Forgot about it and then a month later, I get a notification that my order has been picked up. Um, no it wasn't. I don't know if an employee took it or marked it as picked up just to clear it out, but I did not. Then they attempted to charge my card for it a bunch of times. Luckily, my bank blocked it. But now the app says I owe on a cancelled order that they marked as picked up (when it was never picked up). It was a huge, preventable hassle. Just dumb.

    Stick with Walmart grocery pickup/delivery, way smoother. Or Cashwise, theirs was good too.

  • Only gives 2 location options

    I was browsing the Marketplace Foods website, hoping they offered online ordering & pickup/delivery.
    It suggested to use this App if I was using my phone to shop online. So I downloaded the App, but don't see Bemidji listed as an option.

    Amazing service and so convenient. What a great service to minot.

    There are a few bugs like there always is with new apps, but, makes things so easy working full time and having young children. Wish I could get more deli items but all in all it is a great app!
