Easy to use
I have three vendor badge and GS was by far the easiest to use.
Can’t even log in
I signed up on my computer and can’t even get access on the app. I keep getting an error and “retry”. Not convenient at all for vendors who have to rely on their phones for access.

I'm sorry you had the experience you did. However, this app is intended for facility employees, not vendors.
Crashes
App crashes and returns you to your home page when you login. Not sure how we are expected to use it.
Poor Design
This app doesn’t allow enough space to click the sign in button. You should have a next button that allow you to move down. It doesn’t allow you to move the keyboard out of the way
