Updated app is clunky while also removing previous features
Not sure why the app needed to change so drastically, but it is not nearly as user friendly as the previous app.
For example, when browsing items, the add to box button is heavy and dominates the screen, distracting from the actual product name and even image. For me, all I can see is this big black button which looks out of place.
In the previous version there was a filter option which allowed the user to filter out items which didn’t match their diet, allergen, or flavor preferences. My hope was that this feature would not only remain, but be improved to include all potential ingredients. I personally have an uncommon allergy to a very common food and have to read through ingredients on packaging and when browsing items.
It also appears that any previous orders, preferences, item feedback, and ratings have been removed. I used this information to help me remember which products I did not like so I wouldn’t order them again.Show lessOppressed Bia
Ok service, terrible app (even after update)
The food is decent, better than many other meal plans out there. However, this app is terrible. They've been touting this update, and it might be worse than it was previously. For one, prices went up (or at least the discount for multiple items went down). But more importantly, any time I try to access my calendar, the app crashes. Any time I try to change the number of items in my current order, the app crashes. Even if it worked and they didn't change their pricing model, there are very basic features that should exist and don't. For example, I can't click on an item and see how I've rated it previously. You guys focused too much on changing the look of the app and not nearly enough on making it functional.Show lessnic1571
Love it!!! with some exceptions
The supermarket that I work at just started carrying the line. I was very excited. I fell in love with all the flatbreads that I tried tomato, basil, portobello, mushroom and artichoke and spinach all through your fabulous! In fact, I think within a months time I probably bought about 10 of each, they were so good that I had to go to another store of ours to grab the tomato basil because we ran out. I wonder how that happened lol.
I love the harvest bowls I get two meals out of them. I love the mushroom grits. I’m obsessed with that. What did you put in it? That makes it so addicting, the creamy broccoli is great, asparagus risotto is my second favorite.
I just recently ordered my first box and she get it this Wednesday. Looking forward to it.
The reason why I only gave you four stars and not five is because the sodium levels that you have are so high that you need to adjust it especially people with high blood pressure or diabetes like myself, plus you need to trim down the fat content.
