Annoying
Between the password, digital secure and pin and etc, it is like a puzzle. And you cover this under the security reason. This means that all the other banks are stupid and unsecure. UgggghhturkG
Unresponsive
Whatever they have done in the last update made the app super unresponsive! I can’t even type my password without the keyboard freezing.maverick79sf

Kredi Kart islemleri
Garanti bankasinin kredi kart App’i mukemmel. O yuzden HSBC banki tamamen kullanamiyorum.BED Bank
Very unstable.
A shame for HSBC Turkey. I have to get a Turkish phone line just to be able to receive texts. When Turkish app store version worked, US did not. Now the US app store version somewhat works, and Turkish app store vesion is not working anymore. Just horrible.Dr. B B

Eğer yurt dışından telefonunuzu aldıysanız, gümrüğünü vergisini ödeyip turkcell hattı olmadına rağmen uygulama fon alıp satmaya izin vermiyor. Çok yetersiz bir uygulama HSBC bankasına hiç yakışmamış , mutlaka bu eksikliklerin giderilmesi gerekir.Twtyy
Tamamen problem
O kadar çok sıkıntı yasadim ki tr ye döner Dönmez premium hesaplarimi kartlarimi kapatip baska banka ile calismaya başlayacağım. Cok zor durumlarda kaldım. Calistigim gunden beri kaç defa şifreler parolalar ile ugrastim hatırlamıyorum. Tek telefonum var baska cihaz aktivasyon diyor simdi. (4 yildir ayni telefonu kullanıyorum). Yurtdisi hatlari yok. Aplikasyon surekli problemli. Aplikasyonu birakin bu banka ile calismayi bırakacağım. Magdur oldum defalarca ozellikle yurtdışında.Show lessDave-us73

Dandik update iniz sayesinde telefonumdaki mobil anahtarım kayboldu, hiçbir işlem yapamıyorum. Çaresi; bankayı aramak. Siz her update yaptığınızda bankayı mı arıycaz?arrivedercifrog
