Non functional app
When someone is stuck at the roadside and this app repeatedly says street location is required while you have given the exact address that is suggested by the app itself. This is rediculous.
Ensures you get stranded. Do not ever use.
Gets stuck repetitively.
Cannot submit forms.

I do enter a valid VIN and it says INVALID VIN.

Mazda has got to be the worst car company of all. Don’t waste your time with the app and don’t waste your time with them.
Stopped working
Ditto. Does not work. App does not open beyond loading/continue screen. Worked fine until few months ago. I needed to call for assistance and did not work! Very frustrating!
