What a joke
This app is a total scam. Collects all kinds of personal information like date of birth, etc. just to pay for a car wash.
App has error codes
I used to love this car wash but now that it’s app only, I’ve been having issues. There’s a bug that won’t let me set up an account
Got it to work 3rd visit
You have to hold the QR code 8” down from the scanner and roll it side-to-side. Not where the machine says “scan code here”This was a big waste of time for me. I got the membership code to scan for the first time yesterday, on my 3rd visit to the wash.
It’s a scam. The membership codes can not be read by the car wash scanner
This is a scam. They sell you a membership for monthly car washes but the machine won’t read the codes generated by the app so you can’t get any of the car washes you purchase. It’s straight up fraud.
Terrible
Local car wash was easy to use — just swipe your card — until they decided I guess to save even more money by converting things to app or tokens only. I entered my info into the app to creat an account and got “user error,” even though all fields were filled out correctly (even the app agreed, giving me green check marks in every field). So, to heck with it. If I don’t have cash, which I usually don’t, I’ll now go elsewhere.

My credit card statement reflects a double billing. I have found NO Contact Information on this Solar Carwash App.
