-We’ve streamlined the search device process. Now, when you initiate a search, the app will directly guide you to the unit’s dashboard, from which you can access OTA or diagnostics options. This enhanced flow allows you to quickly view unit details and then decide on actions. -We’ve implemented improvements to the Usage section and other areas. -Design enhancements and bug fixes throughout the app.

Simply use the “Submit and Finish OTA” option. -This release introduces a new Customer Dashboard: You can now see Up/Down, Usage, Units by Carrier, and other statistics for your users.
