Useless Virtual Card
This is most useless virtual card and irresponsible customer cares services, The card is not reliable including there’s mobile application. Can Apple remove this this Eversend App out from store so that it’s not cause much problem to peoples life. They are thief and after converting money into usd , to fund card for use become problematic and, someone has to withdraw the money in low exchange. Eversend has been one of the most terrible virtual card and irresponsible customer services also. Eversend need to withdraw from ecosystem virtual services system. I advise everyone not to use it again.

Best app so far I have used
I make only purchase a lot, I do game top ups for people and I have used countless apps out there, my most used app is chipper cash, but somehow the chipper cash rate is to high and not updated regularly, and my friend from Uganda recommended this app to me, it’s been really good and now my favorite app. Please improve your customer services

I don’t know how this app operate but I converted my money from usd to naira I haven’t seen my money since then and I have contacted their support team but no response I just can’t advice anyone to use this app….. too bad😔😔

I have never been so frustrated, i verified my account and everything was working fine, out of nowhere I can’t add funds using my mastercard to my account balance. The app fails to accept visa cards, and their customer service just tell you to add another card, like every is supposed to have tons of card laying around. This app needs alot of bugs fixed and apple failed us, how can get error after just selecting my saved card

I have made one of the worst decisions to have opted to use their platform
Your card details are locked in to their platform and you can not update your bank statement and informations
They will continue to try to charge or debit your linked cards to their platform even without you using their virtual cards
They also won’t allow you delete your personal , bank and other crucial details you input on this platform
Run away from them for your own good and thank me later
I have asked them to close my account , they stopped responding
I have reported them to by bank and looking for ways I can carry out legal procedures against this theft company

It has the best rate , which is competing with that of crypto , 24/7 customer service . Being able to receive usd or other currencies without any fee is a big flex so yeah the five stars is worth it !
