The best.
I mix X32 weekly in a small’ish church setting about 250, with multiple worship teams (XAir18/12 on occasion). Mixing Station makes the workflow easy. Onstage, with my teams, setting them up in a flash, I can be close to them which makes it a team effort, they don’t need to call out requests to the techie person at the back of the room. They have a lot of appreciation for what’s involved in sound work.
Nov’23, I suddenly found myself at the helm of an A&H SQ7 and 36 kilowatts of power, in a hall of 2500. For a few dollars I registered the SQ series and the transition was seamless. I was in control, and was complimented by the person who managed the SQ7 equipment how good the mix was, all thanks to mixing station which looked exactly the same and allowed me to not be sacred of the unfamiliar hardware and just use the app for all my workflow.
The re-gain function is the cherry on top, able to fix gain problems as they occur without interrupting the band.
