Lag in updating, but overall great app
I love this app it does help me to know how well my daughter is doing online. She is super independent and this app allows me to give her some space but still see how she is doing. I love that it gives us emailed tips/suggestions to encourage and improve.
However, it takes awhile to fully update the info. For instance today she finished her requirement for the day and week and it still shows 4 out of 5 days of work done, a few hours after she finished.Show lessMikas Mama14
So many bugs
The app is the only place to check your kids progress because the PC browser dashboard is always incorrect. I constantly have to retype the log in in the app, which never works the first time. I have to force close the app and log in a second time. Then if you scroll at all in the dashboard it gets stuck. Etc etc.Show lessBYU427
I love waterford
This is the best app for children to learn how to read and learn math in pre-K. I love it and my daughter love being on here. I encourage every parent who have a child in pre-K to enter in this program I promise you that you want regret it.Yolanda Alford

I like the ability to read messages on the app. As silly as it sounds, I would like to be able to have the ability for my child to do her learning from the app or an app through Waterford. Over the Holidays we would have been able to complete the work if there was an app. We tried on the web browser from my phone and it didn’t work. We had cellular but no internet. And bringing the computer wasn’t an option. Otherwise she is learning tons and is making wonderful progress! I would recommend the program to any parent with a Pre-K child or children.Show lessTime management challenged
