I started playing with a full size screen and now it’s very small.Messaged customer support and no reply.My dad plays on iOS to and he has no problems.Please fix this problemsalemoregongirl2018

I don’t understand on how I have to buy something all the time. I bought one package today. I’m not doing that all the time. I’m on level 5. I love this game but that said I can’t get enough butterflies to help me out. Thank you in getting back to me. I’m on level 6 now. And the package I bought was coins. And it was my money. I play the same levels a few times over. Til I can get to the next level. Then the Daley challenge says I have to buy something before I can play the next scene. I only have a few coins. When I complete a scene they want me to buy something so I can continue. Hope this makes sense to you. I truly love this game but every time I finish a scene they want me to buy something so I can go on to the next scene. I only get so many coins through you guys. You have awesome game. It’s put together really good. I like going back in the early years. It’s fun to play. But I don’t like spending my money at every Scene. Hope this helps you out a bit.PS. Every time I want to play they say buy something to get more butterflies. Today is March 26. I finally figured out how to play this awesome game. I touch where you can get free coins if you watch there your videos. It’s worth it cause you get extra coins. I’m on Chapter 7. I do like the game. Figured it out was a little hard. Frustrating as ever but that said it was a little easier. I almost quit a few times but I’m glad that I didn’t. Thank you support in getting back to me. I truly love this game now. If I run out of coins I go away for a few hours & come back. I have spent money on it so far. Hope your weekend goes well. A old person like me takes awhile to figure things out.Show lessPackers 46

I am trying to get in touch again. It is getting very frustrating. I cannot register. Ive written app support more than once
I try to register and it won’t let me register it tells me the email is already taken. That is my email address. So when I click on forgot password it says it will send me a link to create a new password. But I never get that either.
I have 109 stars. I am on the second level where she finds the keys to the office. I need that one more star and the screen just freezes. I’ve tried numerous times and it just will not go past that screen.

Last time you all wrote a nice note and apologized that it took so long to respond and that you are a new company. But if you are a new Are a new company you are not very good at responding.
I will give it another week or so and then remove the game if I don’t hear otherwise.
I cannot get past that level and move on in the game. I need 110 keys to open the pier. I am short that one key and now I can’t do anymore.
This is an adorable game. I am 69 years old but I really enjoy this game. I had a problem with it in the beginning trying to buy coins three times but yet it would not give me the coins and still charged me.
It is now a five star game. The company refunded my money. And one example how much I like this game is normally I would delete a game. But I wanted to keep playing it so I just avoided trying to purchase any coins.
It is a hidden object games it’s not impossible to find objects. You can decorate the land and it is cute. The hidden object games are fun and not sooo hard. you even have a horse in a barn that you can feed and pet. Yes maybe it might be for younger people I don’t know but I am really enjoying this game.
Can’t wait to get to the point where I can build the pier and see what is beyond that.The company got in touch with me and apologized. Again the only reason I did not go ahead and delete this game was because I like it. And yes I don’t like to have to purchase coins but so far I’ve not had to try to purchase anymore.
The game company gave me all the coins I was due and they are in now in my account.
