Had two rewards completed and lost them with the auto update. They didn’t transfer.
Location Services Not Working
The app checks location before allowing customers to scan the QR code to receive credit towards loyalty points. With location services on the app does not register that I am within range. I actually gave my phone to the cashier to take inside the building and it still did not work. Eventually, we gave up without the points.
