  • Game won’t update!!

    How do I update my game? It never shows up for me to update!! If I could leave zero stars I would!! This is the THIRD TIME the game bots kicked me off my amazing team!! I have done everything the bots have told me to do and nothing!! I actually finely got on through fakebook last night and this morning… Yup kicked off again!! And the canned response comes up to 5 days later!! Their response: It seems that you are currently participating in the end levels tournament and experiencing some connection issues. If you’re considering downloading this game DON’T DO IT!! The last positive feedback is over TWO YEARS OLD!! So that right there should tell you something The latest critical review WAS SATURDAY!!!
    Still says no internet connection when I have INTERNET CONNECTION!!!!
  • Frustrated

    Everytime I try to play it comes up no internet connection but I can play all my other games with no problem. I love this game and play it for hours but today it’s bad every day is bad what’s going on also this is at least the second time it’s happened I quit playing until I’m back online I keep checking if I’m not online I don’t play
  • Updates and customer support

    The support system is a joke I have been playing this game since 2019 in the last 6 months I have watched long time group members be kicked out due to the updates their rewards not being given and numerous emails sent to support with absolutely no response. We are a group that enjoy the game and have become friends . Not to mention the money that I know I have spent and then as well ! So why why why can’t we get support ??? It’s y’all’s glitch not theirs . And we know it’s not just one or two people . Never glitches for paying for coins . It’s just so disappointing and extremely frustrating that no one from support can even bother to respond and help . So could someone please help !

    Not sure what’s going on with this game. Down to only 5 new levels a week. Now for the second time in two weeks, the game is frozen. Either says “A new update is on the way”, or you just can’t open it. So frustrating. The response from the developers is useless. Update - it’s now been about a month, still can’t connect. Seriously proudly posts about new levels coming out, but makes no attempt to resolve the connection issue. Support is less than useless- takes a week for a form response “Looks like you haven’t received a response do you still need help? And then no assistance. Glad I’ve found other games

    Update 5/9 game stuck AGAIN. So frustrating. Support doesn’t even bother with the form response

    After the chest was over-I wasn’t able to get back in app. List all the rewards for the challenge. As of right now-still can’t open the app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled o er 6 times already-still won’t open. Says download failed-check my internet! Internet hasn't stopped working at all. Please fix this awful issue and please give me my rewards for finishing the slug chest challenge. Thanks to you; I am sure my place on my team has been taken. I liked my team. We were always 1st, 2nd or 3rd place after challenge. Please fix your stupid problems! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  • Has the game been abandoned by developers?

    When is the Star league going to be over? It doesn’t show me where I’m on the leaderboard all week because I’m “not connected to the internet” which is not true. I’ve played over 300 games in the league now it’s just replay the same few levels over and over. I just want to go back to the regular game. The month bonus cooking prizes from March is still going on in April. Seems like the app isn’t being updated anymore.

    Update: same stupid Star league going on for over a month. I will not play again until it’s done, it’s just the same few levels playing over. If it keeps going I’ll just delete the app.
  • Can’t download

    I have been playing this game for years off and on and I really like it but for the past several months I haven’t been able to down load it. It keeps saying check internet connection. There is not a problem with my internet connection as I use it every day and play all my other games. Please help!!

    Haven’t heard from you guys !? Wondering what’s up, is the problem coming from my side where I have to delete app. to add app back. Or is it something else ? I’m still not able to play my game. Very sad I’m missing out on many levels and prizes and points. Missing my game. I will check back within 1 month after that I’m going to unfortunately have to delete game 😭😭😭😭😭😭

  • Unable to Play

    There are serious bugs in this game. First it was that I could no longer access the star levels any more. Now for almost 2 weeks it says I am unable to play because I can’t connect to wi-fi. I am not the only person experiencing this issue. And I have wi-fi and can play other games. I finally heard back from support and they said it’s a cache issue - that I should delete the game and reinstall it. Pretty sure I will lose all my levels and progress. I didn’t want to connect it to FB, and since I can’t get access I don’t know what my support or user ID is so I can make sure my stuff is saved. I asked support about this, but haven’t heard back - it’s been days. Support is terrible!
