What CogniCare does for you: CogniCare understands your care needs and tailors solutions for you. Create a profile with CogniCare and get advice on how you can support the person you are caring for. By using CogniCare you can access tips, advice, and resources about dementia care instantly from your own home. You can easily browse information from trustworthy sources, learn about your rights and what benefits you may be entitled to. Additionally, you can also use CogniCare to explore activities for people with dementia and their carers to keep engaged and involved, both at home and in the community. It’s easy to forget your own health needs and find the energy to look after yourself when you are caring for someone. CogniCare helps you with this by suggesting ways on how you can care for yourself. This includes connecting you to events and services so you stay part of your community. When you’re caring for someone there is a lot going on, and it can be difficult to stay on top of things. We understand this, so we’ve made it easy for you to keep track of everything in one place. In CogniCare you can schedule reminders for appointments, medication, and events, and share these with others. You can also take care notes easily using audio, images or text, anywhere, any time.
