Missing Prayer

Love the rosary app! It’s missing the additional prayer “Oh My Jesus” after the “Glory Be to the Father.” Please add it and update the app.

Love it!

Lovely Prayer Resource (except for recent glitch)

The app is not syncing daily to the current date and the associated mysteries for the day of the week. It will sync if I turn off and restart my phone.
Please fix this bug. Thanks.

Response from developer

Thanks for the feedback & letting me know about the glitch. I’ll look into this and try to fix as soon as possible. Have a blessed day.

Good app-just would like one feature

I am trying to learn how to pray the rosary after never really being taught how to do so. I really like this app and think it’s one of the better ones out there. The only thing I would like to see is a setting where you can choose to have things auto-advance without having to click anything on the app. I could see myself using this in the car or even just in silent prayer and I would like to not have to access my phone to go to the next prayer. Thank you for this app!

Rosary

This is a great app to learn how to say the rosary.

Beautiful, easy to use, but missing prayer

I’m a new catholic and this app has allowed me to say the rosary on a daily basis. It’s easy to use, pretty, crisp, and clear.

However, imagine my surprise when I found out that it’s missing a prayer. After each decade, you’re supposed to say the Glory Be and then the Fatima Prayer. The Fatima Prayer is missing.

I would absolutely love to change my review to 5 stars if that Prayer, or at least an option for it, is added! I tried to contact the developer directly but couldn’t get in touch. Hopefully this works. 🤞🏻

Thank you for taking the time to review the app. Although I very much like the Fatima prayer (and I do recite it when I pray the rosary), the Fatima prayer is technically optional. Please check out this site for more info. https://truecatholics.org/heresies/fatima-prayer/ Thanks for your time, sorry I took so long to respond. God Bless you.

I really like this app, but

I really like this app, but it is missing the Fátima prayer...or, at least, I couldn’t figure out how to see them. Can you please add them? Other than that, it is beautiful and easy to use...

Hello there. The Fatima prayer is a wonderful prayer however because the prayer is considered a personal revelation it is not required to recite. This site might shed light on the subject: https://truecatholics.org/heresies/fatima-prayer/ Thank you for taking the time to review the app and may God bless you.

Wow, simple and great

I was looking through the many rosary apps and was hesitant to try many of the paid ones as the reviews revealed flaws in all. I downloaded this one yesterday and didn’t get around to trying it until this morning. This was my first time praying the full rosary as I left the Catholic Church as a teen and recently returned some 30 years later. I found the simplicity of the app perfect and I moved through the rosary steadily with the button to advance each bead as i read the prayers aloud. I did not expect to be as moved as I was by praying this, let alone on my iphone. This is now going to be my go to app for learning and praying the rosary. Right after I prayed I learned that October is the month of the rosary and here i did it for the first time on October 1st.

Although I chose to read at my own pace this time, the pacing of the audio built in is very good and the voice used is very soothing. I do plan on using the audio in the future.

Great App! Highly recommended. God Bless the maker of this App. Thank You!

"Our hearts are restless until they rest in you" – St. Augustine Thank you for the generous feedback and for sharing a bit about your Catholic journey and welcome back home to the Catholic Church! I'm thrilled that this app could, in a small way, help spark your interest in one of our many beautiful and misunderstood Catholic sacramentals. I'm a cradle Catholic who (sadly, like many others) took our faith for granted. I succumbed to a secular world view of relativism. Providentially (and ironically), it was the Holy Spirit and my formerly devout non-denominational, protestant wife that helped me to rediscover Catholicism. Once I learned of Bishop Barron, that led to an audiobook of the Confessions of St. Augustine, then subscribing to Word on Fire and watching the "Pivotal Players" and countless Bishop Barron YouTube videos and podcasts. Scott Hahn's, The Fourth Cup, helped me to understand and appreciate the Jewish roots of the Eucharist. Here are some additonal resources that have helped me with my journey back to the Catholic Church: • Bishop Barron (Word on Fire) https://special.wordonfire.org/digitalapps Developer, Joe Meineke • Holy Rosary - Standard Edition • Holy Rosary-Scriptural Edition • Chaplet of Divine Mercy https://apps.apple.com/us/developer/joe-meineke/id976855378 Books About Mary Jesus and the Jewish Roots of Mary: Unveiling the Mother of the Messiah, by Brant James Pitre The World's First Love, by Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen Hail, Holy Queen: The Mother of God in the Word of God, by Scott Hahn Thanks again, and God Bless You. In the words of Bishop Barron and Father, Mike Schmitz, "Don't leave the Church. Lead the Church."

Could improve

I downloaded this app because I want to start praying the rosary but am not familiar with exactly how it is to be prayed. I think it’s cute how you can design your rosary and the app is very user friendly. I also like how the prayers are writen out. The one and major improvement is that it doesn’t tell you the mysteries on the text when the time comes for them and those are what I have trouble knowing.

Response from developer

Thank you for the feedback. To see the mystery, you must select the icon on the top right corner of the primary window (the view that contains the prayer). The icon resembles a paper with lines. Touch that icon to minimize the primary window and reveal the mystery (the mystery is always displayed at the top of the interface). This is applicable after the first, Our Father, prayer. I agree that it would be ideal to have this information consolidated in one view, and I will consider your suggestion for future updates. I think it's wonderful that you are trying to learn the Rosary. A great app you may want to check out is the Holy Rosary by Joe Meineke. I use this app to pray the Rosary because all I have to do is press play. What I appreciate most about this app is that it displays a painting depicting each mystery as opposed to just text. Holy Rosary - Standard Edition by Joe Meineke https://apps.apple.com/us/app/holy-rosary-standard-edition/id980806882 Thanks again for the feedback & God Bless you.

Too cumbersome to go back-and-forth between Beebe

I like the way you can customize the way your rosary looks. But once you click on the bed or you lose the rosary and it goes to a different screen then you have to click out of it to get back to the bed. Will not be using and I’m deleting

Response from developer

Thank you for the feedback. I think I understand the navigation challenge you are referring to. The navigation can become cumbersome depending on the size of the screen. ** A quick tip, double-tapping outside of the Rosary will reset the view. ** God Bless.
