Too many bugs /

Please fix the bugs as matching a movie is not a good experience as it freezes so many times and some times the screen blacks out. Switched on the tv app and facing the same problem.
Sometime even uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t help.

To be honest i am regretting my self for buy this subscription. I can’t use in laptop, can’t even zoom the screen, for small search i have to write whole movie name even search section is also not updated. I request at least update your app a little bit as it has no even option to update my self information. Another thing is you should update new movies section separately where every one can find easily available content. And put some easy search.

The money for subscription will be deducted but you won’t be able to login at all

I have tried twice to login in the gap of 3-4 months after taking subscription but the app shows I am already logged in which is strange. The app is a scam and it takes away money first. So anyone from USA plz do not get this scam app

Great App

I had subscribed it through my app using Google ID. It worked well for few days. Then it kicked me out if the App as well as login.
I contacted ShemarooMe WhatsApp no. Hemanth contacted through quickly and resolved the issue. Now, it works great. Thanks for your prompt response. 🙏🕉️🙏

I was having issues since I change my phone number to a new number. Puneeth helped me change my number as there was no option available online. Thank you Puneeth for your help.

Great customer service

I had the privilege of conversing with Shemaroo Me customer service agent Puneeth. He was really professional, responsive and understanding.
I was facing some difficulty with the app settings for my subscription which he promptly resolved. In fact, he went above and beyond my expectations by acknowledging the 50% discount on their site and applying that to my membership.

I would highly recommend Puneeth!

Not working at all so bad experience

I have downloaded the app pay for 1 year subscription and now what! It’s not working play something behind and I have go out of the app come back and not nothing is working. So bad experience.

App Upgrade

In my opinion this app needs a major upgrade. Compared to other apps, they lack some serious features. There is no option to multi task while wartching, you have to stop watching to do something else. They should look at all other streaming apps to remain competitive…
