Scam app and service
Avoid this app and service, absolute scam! I am unable to login as I don’t receive otp on my mobile. Requested for cancellation as service is unusable but the support team don’t want to help. I ll be raising a complaint via my card and consumer court as this is horrible service
Not worth the price
This was a waste of money, and I wish I could get a refund. A lot of Hindi movies in the library aren't available even though they're listed, and most that are don't have subtitles. Until they fix both, I wouldn't recommend paying.
Chrome-cast doesn’t work
Tried everything but awful app to navigate and can’t connect to my tv. Waste of money.

Internal issue of login, and they do not respond to customer
Trying to log back in from past 10 days , trying to contact WhatsApp chat service their button don’t even works , you have to go in google and then after it works . But in that also they don’t even reply quick bad service never going to buy this subscription again

I bought one year subscription and after sometime I logged out. When again I tried to
Login it’s pop up with an error. I emailed them and since 2 months I am greeting same reply we are working on it and everytime gives me different excuses.

No overseas usability
it has a major limitation: it doesn’t support usage overseas. For frequent travelers, this is frustrating because access to content stops the moment you leave your home country.
The company should strongly consider allowing downloaded content to remain accessible abroad or at least provide a 15‑day overseas usage window. This would make the app far more practical for international users and show that the company values flexibility and customer convenience.
Until this issue is addressed, feels incomplete for anyone who travels regularly.

You pay and service is not provided!!! This app simply stopped working in UAE - it gives an error during sign in though site/app has no local restriction in UAE.

Misleading App
The app has a “Free Family Entertainment” section but unfortunately it’s not free. Any movie you try, it says “Subscription required”
App is not working
iPhone and iPad app is not working and won't let you login using email ID and password. Also they hide cancellation - so you don't cancel your plan.
Subtitles
Please provide subtitles for every contents. English subtitle at least.
Worst UI and Cheap Customer Service
I had very bad experience with customer service centre on subscription. I don’t recommend it at all.
Excellent support service
I had an issue login in after I paid my subscription. Puneeth from ShemarooMe support was brilliant, attentive and resolve the issue. I am happily watching content through the app. Thanks a lot
Horrible app and content
I subscribed originally from a laptop to watch one of the movies. It wouldn’t allow me to cancel it from my device. The UI and overall experience of the app is tedious and slow. Most basic features such as offline viewing are also not there. For the amount of money one is paying for subscription vs the content availability and quality overall app experience it is certainly not worth it.

Regarding membership
I had some issues regarding membership and I didn’t know how to solve it. So i contacted customer service support through WhatsApp and one of the team representative name hemanth, helped me. He was able to solve the problem in a minute. Thanks
Do not download
Do not download this app. They will charge you but it works utterly slow and doesn’t even let you login from browser. If you think you have app as others and want to watch on your laptop, forget about it. If you signed out by mistake on the app, forgot about logging again. Most disappointing app ever saw. Shut down the app.

Laggy UI but support team helps solve problems
Review update: Support team helped out to solve the OTP issues. But still a suggestion to please improve the UI it still laggy sometimes. The content is really nice though. Thanks.
