    I had a call about planned outage nothing on
    Map. Outages showing in my area are a month or 2 old like back to August.
    What a piece of crap

  • Update is terrible

    Use this mostly to report streetlights that are out when I walk my dog. Your update asks for a mandatory field of a site ID? Update makes this less user friendly as the number on the pole is only 6 numbers. Please fix this bug.

  • Cannot even register

    I have tried to download and set this up but it will not register. I just get a loop of instructions, download app, enter email, register, get register email, click on activate link, download app, continuously. I have deleted it as a useless App.
  • It is a loop

    Looks like nobody try it before upload it. Exactly like their website for reseating your password it is a loop which bring you to the 1st step.
  • Can’t activate account

    I receive the email with the activation code. When you click on the link it just opens the App Store. There’s no where to add the code.
  • Not a good app at all

    Won’t let me connect because need a verification code in email that never gets sent

  • Usage / bill

    Wanted to see my usage reports / graphs and my bills. App does not have that so it became way less useful.

  • Email issues

    The email confirmation doesn’t work. I signed on to the APP went through the steps, got a confirmation sent to my email and got a response that it doesn’t recognize the email. Think I will stay with calling ATCO about power outages.
