  • Not very intuitive ~update

I’m really taking a leap of faith in getting the app since it has terrible reviews, so far I can see why it has a negative first impression. It just throws you in with no explanation whatsoever, it needs a little more filling to at least explain what to do without assuming you’ll figure it out.

Update: there is no back button in case you accidentally start creating a slide.
Also there doesn’t seem to be a way to transfer slides from device to device despite your profile recognizing that you have more slides in another device .

  • Needs instructions badly

I think this app has great potential. If the developers work on giving instructions or a link to their website that has tutorials. Then I think this app will be one of the best apps out there. If they also added more capability to make PNG files for the images that you’re putting in such as a magic Wand or lasso tool or even an eraser brush they will have a really almost perfect app.I really hope the developers read this and push out an update soon.

  • Great concept, needs a LOT of polish

I love the idea of this. But there are no directions, and it takes a minute to figure out what you’re supposed to do in what order. You can’t upload multiple layers at a time, so if you have 10 layers you’ll need to individually add 10 PNGs. Even though you have an account that knows how many “slides” you’ve created, they don’t transfer between devices, so if you want them to work on both you’ll just have to make them on both. Oh, and the iPhone version is useless if your phone won’t let you save anything as JPG. Which means I can’t “see” it on my iPad, only on my little 6S screen.

  • camera

i have the settings turned on to allow camera access, yet my camera stays black and won’t let me track my target. very frustrating
  • Couldn’t even login

I was super excited about this app. Payed for it... and requested a login. The login link that was sent to me is invalid and there is 0 way to request help look at faqs or troubleshoot the issue. Quite possibly the largest waste of $2 I’ve ever had.
  • So cool

I love this app! Very easy to use if you have a good understanding of layering and digital art. Gives such a great outcome, the results are stunning. Overall a really cool new way to play around with digital art!
  • Instructions Needed lacking Navigation

There are no directions on how to create an animation, and there is no way to navigate backwards. So unless you know what you are doing already, there’s no way to get this to work.
  • TUTORIAL:

    1) upload your desired images in transparent png. Each”layer” (Ex: the character, the pet, the SFX) needs to be saved in their OWN transparent png file. This means that with the example 3 layers, you’ll be saving 3 separate transparent png files.
    2) upload files to the app with the BASE/BOTTOM image on the bottom.
    3) target is where the images will be set.
    4) target image is the TARGET. So if you used a save camera roll, you’ll need to open that image up on your PC... if you took a photo as the target, try to aim the camera right where you took the photo. TIP: it’s better if you use a solid background bc the app has a better time recognizing that

    This app needs better instructions.

  • Instructions would be nice

No instructions on how to use this app and you cannot navigate it easily. I can’t seem to get back to the last screen I was on. A quick tutorial video would make this app so much better as well as making it easier to move around in. Bummed I paid for it. It has potential but it’s not ready for the world yet.
