Dependable and good customer service

We do infrastructure projects. I have a folder for each project and this app allows me to go review photos whenever I want. The stamping function is game-changing: lat/long/elevation, direction, labels… highly recommend this app.

Black screen issue

Not impressed when screen goes black or dark when app is opened
This renders any photos taken not able to be used

Dear Jan, any chance you are unknowingly adjusting the exposure when you swipe on a viewfinder screen from up to down? If this is the case please either tap on any point on a viewfinder screen to adjust exposure automatically for that point or swipe back, from bottom to upper side - to re-adjust the exposure. Not For Everyone

I’m a QA at an airport and I bought this app to replace Solocator which limits characters on apple products when entering photo notes. PM’s require notes directly on the photo which are usually entered in for each photo. This app takes too much time to do that function. It has a lot of wasted space. They should have an easier way to enter in project info in the watermark which can appear on every photo. It kind of does, but I had to fumble through it to figure out how to get it right for my needs. It definitely needs an easier way to enter notes for that particular photo. Unfortunately this app is not easy to use. Entering notes every time you take a photo is a nightmare. The app has a lot of options, but for a field inspector it doesn’t work so well.

Dear Zeus, I wonder if option in Settings > Notes Editor > "Open photo notes editor automatically after capture" > YES, is something that can help you. This way, after taking the photo, notes editor will popup automatically, offering to enter/change the notes. Highly modifiable; responsive development team

The app is incredibly modular in the approach to include information of the photo stamps. This allows for easy alterations for different use cases. Admittedly, there is a bit of a learning curve for users to utilize all of the features, but the effort is worth it. Additionally, the customer service and development teams respond swiftly to inquiries, with complete answers rather than re-hashing tutorial-like information. Their support makes it feel like they are people that care about the app, rather than cash-grabs of some other apps. I whole-heartedly recommend this app, as of August 2024 (I’ve used it for 3 months thus far).

The Best!

I’ve stopped using any other photo app many years ago.
Having the address, coordinates (on water and hiking), date and time has made looking back to recover memories wonderful.

I can only recommend this app WHOLEHEARTEDLY!
