Not As Advertised
Perhaps I didn’t read the description well, but this app isn’t at all what I hoped for. Sample plan wasn’t included in the download - no tutorial - not intuitive.
I was hoping for a template for both the soft and hard facets on business planning. This isn’t the app for that.
Best part - no price listed. I would uninstall it, but just found out they charged me $15.99.
I’d like my money back.

Crashed
Worked great at first, but crashed the second day and lost an entire project. Before it crashed, it was quite useful and easy to read, however inputing the “formulas” was a bit time consuming and somewhat abstract in their layout. Would have given 4 stars had it not crashed within 24 hours of downloading.

Just what is needed.
Confusing
For someone like me who is just looking to get some help with a business plan and never did it before, this is super confusing… no tutorial or anything everything is just there for you to figure out and to me it’s not clear at all. Maybe for someone already experienced or with a business or two. Can’t use it as really I don’t understand how this is meant to help me at all.

More ways to compile, view, and use this information in-app would be awesome. It seems there’s a lot of potential here.

Frustrating and Confusing
This app does not help you create a business plan at all. More like a budgeting app .. I was very disappointed

iPad compatibility?
Doesn’t seem to work with iPad Pro 2018. It installs but cannot open a plan. Says to check if newer version is available. Works on iPhone though.

Dear Hans, thanks for your review. Kindly let me know which iOS version you are using on the iPad via scratchplan@joshua-jung.com and if possible provide the document that cannot be opened. I will be happy to investigate. I‘m using the app on an iPad myself on a daily basis, so in theory it should be fine. ☺️
