So simple
I love this app! The amount of time saved is worth every penny. The turnaround times are also great, usually much quicker than stated. I use it mainly to produce CAD plans and being able to get the DWG files is the deal breaker for! Keep up the good work Guys. A truly worthwhile app!
Degraded significantly in recent updates (post iOS 18)
I use this app nearly every day for work. It has been a reliable, reasonably accurate tool up until recently. Since iOS 18 launched, the subsequent updates to this app have, at least in my experience, made the service less accurate, significantly buggier (crashes, sq ft accuracy no longer as reliable), and lost functionality (WHY get rid of the Lidar grid while scanning?? Why can’t I scroll thru the preview smoothly anymore before uploading??) I’ve had to redo far more scans recently due to these recent shortcomings. Very disappointing.

Appraiser opinion
The lenders keep giving me **** about not showing my work and giving them explanations as to how I got my GLA. Please add a table showing how exactly you calculated the GLA because certain lenders won’t accept reports with sketches that don’t show their work so to speak. Do this please. I use CubiCasa over 700 times a year. Lenders need to see “proof” that the GLA is accurate even with the walls showing their length.

Used to be a great app. Has really gone downhill in 2024
This used to be a great app…then “enhancements” completely ruined it. You used to be able to quickly and easily walk around an apartment, holding the phone horizontally, labeling each room by speaking into your phone. Now, you have to hold the phone vertically, get nonstop warnings being being “too close” to the walls in any room that is smaller than 10’ wide, making it extremely difficult to scan closets and bathrooms. Worst of all, the app has now taken it upon itself to label each room, so any room with a closet becomes a “bedroom”. With the shotgun-style 1-bedroom apartments in the city, the result is 3 rooms labeled as “bedroom” with no kitchen or living area, or you get two bedrooms and the kitchen will be split into a narrow strip that’s a “kitchen” and a narrow strip that’s a “living room”. It’s absolutely ridiculous. This used to be a great app, and I’ve used it to create hundreds of floor plans, but the recent updates have made this app garbage! Stay away!

Love this app but….
I would really love to see this app add the option for ceiling heights as this is a new requirement and would save people time. Another change I would love to see but not as important because names can be changed after the fact but… Master is Primary now, Foyers are Entry, and the bathroom off the bedroom is called an Ensuite. Thanks love the app!

Amazing time to be alive!
Wow, just tried the app for the first time and was super easy to use! Scan, submit and your done! The accuracy and plans you get are amazing! 2D is free! Can’t wait to try the 3D, is well worth the money! Still can’t believe how easy that was, especially with measurements of each space and even exterior wall measurements too! Amazing time to be alive!

Amazing app for floor plans
As a real estate agent in a rural area this app has completely changed my listings. It takes anywhere from 5-12 minutes to scan a house, depending on size and the floor plan is ready to go in under 24 hours. Great job on this awesome app!
