  • Unresponsive

I’ve been thoroughly enjoying the app over the last week but, a couple days ago, upon opening the app, I was presented with the sign in screen. The app will not accept my password and when I click “forgot password” and request a reset link, there is an “unknown error” message that appears. I have tried multiple times over the last few days. I also tried to click on the “app support” link from the App Store but that link did not work either…any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

  • Cannot edit bible passage?

I want to love this app. But I am getting ready to do an Ingnatian Retreat where they give us specific bible passage to reflect on using Lectio Divina. I’ve tried to edit the provided passage to accommodate the passages I need to reflect on but that seems to be the only thing that cannot be changed in the journal entry. I am able to look up another passage to read, but it will not document that new passage in the app, it goes right back to the default passage for that day. I completely value the passages that are auto populated for those who need help knowing what to reflect on to keep up with a daily routine, however, I will have to resort to using a simple journaling app so I can insert and document my own passages until this app allows the opportunity to edit the provided passage. I hope you are able to make this happen, because there is great value in this app... except for having to be tied to specific passages each day 😉
