Too many technical issues
There are so many problems with thugs game, I cannot count them. Two major problems: you might try moving a piece one direction only to have the program move it in another; it shows you have x amount of time, but it quits with time left. It gives you a chance to watch ads to increase your time.
Most games actually give you a goal to reach. I haven’t figured out what the goals are with this. It has been very poorly programed.Show lessNick-64
Help!
I love this game and as it gets more difficult I find I need to watch the stupid ads. However, when I do and try to go back to the game, no matter what I do, it always just starts a new game! It never brings me to where I was in the game I was playing! Am I doing something wrong?Lorraine12065
Apparently Stinks
Going by what I have been reading under your reviews the general consensus is that your game stinks. But apparently you are not taking the public seriously. So I am joining the ranks of others and deleting you once again. I sincerely hope someone else starts a fair and reliable game like yours and all of us disgusted customers will load theirs and you won’t have anyone. Ads Keep Freezing
So frustrated with the way the ads (particularly the Vita Jigsaw ads) freeze up, causing me to actually restart my iPad and lose any progress I had made before the ad froze everything. Also, when that happens, I lose the progress I had made on the ornament challenge. And it makes me start over. Please fix that! I’m about to delete this game.Show lessNightshiftXR&CT
Level Failed AFTER watching the ad
I like to come back to this game every December. Since playing December 1st of this year, I encountered this happening three times where after watching an ad to get more time, I returned to a pop-up box that says level failed, and then I ran out of time. That’s pretty frustrating. Please fix, otherwise I will delete this game.Show lessagirl77777

I love this game but 1) it freezes up a lot and then I have to start the level over and 2) it says I’ve failed because I’ve run out of time and the timer is showing lots of time left. Plus I do the ad thing to get extra time. I’ve deleted it. Hope when I try again it’ll be fixed.slnelslon

Level 433 , 435 , 439
These levels has frozen up on me more times than I can count, it’s so frustrating. I love this game but I’m about to delete it. Because you can’t enjoy it for fear of freezing the heck up!! Please fix if possible!! There’s an ad that freezes up dealing with some privacy acts and it freezes up just about the time you’re cleared the dang board. Why would you run an the freezes the yuck up?? Will you PLEASE fix
Level 855 needs to be fixed! Dang, it’s like if you don’t download a game you’re punished because the game will immediately tell you you’ve run out of time. So frustrating because you have only one or two plays to go before you clear the board! I’ve been playing this game for quite some time now because I love it. I’ve deleted it but always find myself reloading it . I have finally decided I’m licked! Yeah, I give up on thinking you will see this malfunction and fix it. That sure didn’t happen. Need fixes
Game doesn’t load. Takes 5 times before the candy cane shows and game can be played
I can’t see the timer, it’s too small There is no information about how much time you have left or to start
When it asks do you want to watch ad to add time if you say yes, you
watch the ad, it says you are out of time.

Renewing time is broken!
You can get down to only one or two squares left and an ad pops up to renew time. But it doesn’t register properly so even if you watch the 30-45 seconds ad, you loose the game and have to start over. Very Frustrating!Krkdiej
