  • Rubbish App won’t connect

    I would give this zero stars if I could. Series 1 app just says ‘Network not available’ and never changes. Series 2 app tells me the watch is paired and I do receive emails etc, but the application to adjust the watch date, time etc don’t work. Great watch but my advice, if you want smart features buy another smart watch, not Aviator

  • App - confirmed expired

    For the benefit of F Series users. I have contacted Gebr. Heinemann and they have confirmed that the apps are no longer supported so the watch has no smart functions anymore. The Bluetooth should still work but if you have logged out of the app then it will not be possible to change any alarms or other features. Other than that we still have a normal watch which requires the button cell to be replaced every couple of years. Or ….. you have to buy another watch.

  • Atrocious app

    Utterly useless app. Does not connect via Bluetooth, no instructions, no development. It converts what could be a useful watch into an expensive piece of crap.
  • Poor customer service

    Bought the Mk2 on Emirates flight - downloaded app and attempted to pair watch....
    Received error message that the watch is paired with another phone! Cannot get out of this loop.
    Contacted customer support via email and promised a response within 24 hours - 48+ hours later and still no response and I still cannot use the full functionality of the watch!!
    My return flight on Emirates is in 3 days and I will be asking for a refund unless I hears something from Scorpio.

  • Smart watch

    Yes totally agree £200 and cannot pair and if you remove app and try and create new login it rejects your email so how is it going to get info when it already says that account is being used by another!! Yes , me grrr rubbish

  • No connectivity, worse than 1st series

    Bluetooth connectivity fails repeatedly and settings lost - it’s the most unsmart watch I have ever owned.

  • Cannot pair device either

    Should be an easy process. The phone came with a piece of card half the size of a credit card as instructions which just don’t work. Awaiting help on weblink listed below as response to another customer with the same problem. $200 on a watch should be seamless connectivity and more guidelines. Not even a weblink with the box

  • Bluetooth pairing to iPhone nightmare

    Well, I bough the watch, and tried to pair it. No instructions with the watch, it’s all on line. Never needed instructions before to connect a device to Bluetooth. I usually get the phone to search, click on pair and away we go. Not so with this watch. I tried following the video. No joy. I logged a problem report. Was directed to the video I had tried. No good. Advised to turn off the phone and restart. No good. Finally, I received some different instructions to the web site, and although initially it didn’t work, after three attempts, it connected. It’s not good is it? Bluetooth isn’t exactly rocket science, but your app couldn’t manage it without significant user intervention and much frustration. I love the watch but not that part of the app.
