Featureless

Logged in and can see power usage, but nothing about generation from solar panels. Tried to switch between property accounts and the app crashed and didn’t recover on close/reopen

Love this app

I had low expectations after reading the bad reviews from years ago. Surprise, this app is great! Feels really smooth, and gives me a great understanding of my daily usage. Would love if they could add monthly usage as well 🙂

Slight complaint

Moved to a new address 29 th of September to Kaiapoi and today our street was without power but other people in the community got a text about the outage from their power company. I did not . 9am to 5 pm . Second time since I’ve moved and realise they are upgrading but it would have been nice to know ahead of time due to others in the community getting a update from their providers. As I said slight complaint but otherwise I’m good with your service Previous address 41 Winton St Albans CHCH

App not working

Can’t access even after log in , so didn’t pay for last 2 months,

Confusing

This app seems over-designed and under-tested. I can’t see whether or not I’ve paid my most recent bill; I can’t see how much I owe on my account; I can’t see when my next bill will be issued or due for payment. Without this basic functionality, I can’t see the point.

Where has all my data gone?

Can’t understand why all my previous import export data has vanished. Would also be much better if import and export data was displayed on the same tab.

Terrible service

Took an hour of my day to finally get access to my account so I could simply find out how much to pay on my bill.
For some reason Meridian decided to change the email address the account was linked to into my exes email address.

Have since cancelled my account with Meridian.

Making payments

Good app, Tf! Now we have to add credit card first before paying online and app. Feels like yah trying to chase your old customers away😂🤣🤣

Doesn’t work

Got an email saying my account is ready to use on the app (which I didn’t know existed until I got the email). Downloaded the app and tried to log in and it tells me my account isn’t ready for the app and to wait for an email... 🤦‍♂️

Can’t sign in. Useless app.

Apparently it’s only for selected customers. No update as to progress on app development and rolling out to all customers. Maybe Meridian should focus on looking after their existing customers and getting their app to everyone instead of offering bonuses and discounts to new customers whilst the existing are ignored. Maybe it’s time to change power companies...
