Absolutely useless. It keeps disconnecting and unpairing all the time. The worst app I ever used.
Great for my purpose
Solved pairing issue for me. All I needed. Also has build in easy to tune settings.
Don’t bother
I wish I never brought them. Every few weeks my left headphone won’t work AT ALL. After charging it, it just won’t work. Then it will randomly start working again. Sometimes when they’ve been in the charged case all day, I go to use them to sleep and they are flat. So frustrating, I’m just glad I brought them on sale.

Total waste of time. Doesn’t work just as others have stated, can’t get past connect screen it just keeps sending to a help page that is no help whatsoever.
Top line Beats Bluetooth headphones and 3 year old Panasonic Tv and can’t even get tv to see any Bluetooth device.

Doesn’t work on iPad
Installed on iPhone XR, paired and able to access all features. Tried to install on iPad mini4 and like other review couldn’t get past the pairing/user guide screens. The buds are paired and can use with iPad for playback etc but cannot access features of the app. Please advise on a solution or fix the app.

Decent app
Could use a better EQ menu and also, if possible, a way to adjust the sensitivity of the touch controls.
