Never connects. Sending back without cleaning for trying to mug me and the Mrs off.

I was so excited to get this and the Bluetooth function does not work nor does the messaging link to send to other people. Idk how to troubleshoot as there are no instructions and no customer support. I want a refund.

How the screen for the remote control comes up with unwanted messages. The fingers, tapping and and sliding is not as sensitive as it was.

No seriously, as the remote partner, the only way I have been able to use the remote functionality at all is to uninstall the app entirely.
Then my partner can send an invitation that works over a terrible website, but at least it sort of eventually works sometimes.
The app is terrible. The experience is terrible.
For her side, the app is also bad. She cannot use the device without the app and it forces users into a gross shared experience that looks like it is specifically (and badly) created for cam girls, even if you just want to use it for kegels.

No Browser/Message function anymore
I’ve used this product for a few years now and unfortunately they removed the option to use your browser as a remote. We will be tossing it and moving to a different toy and platform. Was great until they removed that option.
