Awful, crash prone
I tried to use this app in Chichen Itza, Mexico. I downloaded whatever I could to avoid using data as the reception is awful in Chichen Itza.
For some weird reason the app had to download stuff all the time and froze like crazy. It goes without saying it was useless. We’d way better hiring a guideLinoq

Waste of time and money. Unfortunately.
I paid $10 for this app and tried to download it at Chichén Itzá.
It takes up 125MB which you can’t download off a the 4G network because it’s too slow.
It’s essentially useless unless you know to download it from Wifi before you get there.

The amount of detail for each area we visited was very good. The auto start function based on GPS location was also very good. The only problem we had was the app crashed multiple times (app froze or just closed) on my iPhone and my iPad. Cellular was off, tour was downloaded locally to each device before leaving the hotel. Apple devices are relatively new (iPhone 11 and iPad Pro 2019) with 256GB memory each. iOS for each device was up to date. No other apps were open. Closing the app and then restarting it fixed the problem for a little while, but then it crashed again. Probably crashed 5-6 times over our 3 hour visit.Show lessDGKZ1

This was perfect. We were there with our family of 4 and we kind of hate following a hired tour guide around. They are always in a hurry to be done with your tour so they can get paid to do another one. So you end up not being able to see everything you want to or linger.
With this App you get good information, it follows your pace, and it’s affordable. We downloaded to 2 devices and the boys took one at their pace and the girls took the other. We each shared a set of ear pods so we could still talk as we went. Perfect.Show lessclneely1

The app doesn’t recognize when you’ve already passed through a landmark, so it will switch to a segment you’ve already heard mid listening fresh content just because you are heading back. Please fix!imdesperateforanicknamenow

The tour works best when pausing/walking as directed because of this exact situation. I could make sure that an already-heard segment never plays again, but it’s annoying when someone wants to listen to something again! I have added a checkmark on the route to show that you have already heard that story.A scam!!!
