I have been subscribing to this magazine for years and always look forward to the new issue. One can find ideas, inspiration and tutorials for the budding or seasoned calligrapher. Can’t get app to work
Excellent magazine but can’t get app to work. I purchased and able to read the issues from Safari but never could make the app to work on my iPad. It never asks for password so it keep asking me to buy again.Knitcrafter
November 2023 app update
So excited to see another update. So disappointed that the app still crashes instantly. So annoyed I paid a year’s subscription and I still see nothing. Surely there’s a way we can read it online?Helenofdestroy
App just does not open
The app is a disgrace! Shame as the magazines were great. I bought a few individual ones and loved them so decided to get the yearly subscription. All was fine for a while but eventually the app just stopped working, it just won’t open. Crashes. Every. Single. Time. I have tried everything. I have reached out to the magazine but without any result. I loved the magazine before so I held off for over six months in the hope that with some upgrade the problem will be resolved and I’ll be able to access the content I’ve paid for. But nope. So no point, cancelling and just wish I could get my money back.Show lessPatient calligrapher
Great content but app crashes often
I love the content and am really excited that there is a magazine that caters to our community of artists. However the app is really hard to navigate, crashes often and is very slow. The support is ok but sometimes it takes multiples emails to have someone respond.Intelsana
App won’t open even after recent update
Magazines were really good then renewal of subscription was in December 22 which was taken from account, app has not worked since. Have tried getting someone to answer me, but to no avail. Really bad customer serviceReads lot
App needs updating: Crashing
Lovely calligraphy magazine app with the mags slightly pricey for a digital issue ($15). Usually one gets a break on the price with digital formats. The content is good and I like the video inclusions.
Lately the past week each and every time I try and open the app it crashes. I have the newest iOS and I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro max and I’ve restarted my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled to no avail. So I’m happy I didn’t pull the trigger on a subscription because I would be unable to view any of my issues. This needs to be addressed before I’ll pay $$$ for a subscription. I’ve been a subscriber almost from the beginning and love how CC gets better with each new issue! When a new issue comes out I wait until I can savor each page with a cup of coffee, pen, and my special CC notebook in which I make notes!
