Singapore Looksee AR

Looksee Singapore is an Augmented Reality (AR) viewer that you can use to find places of interest directly within your camera's view and add fun, knowledge and interest to your adventures and tours. Ideal for both tourists and locals wishing to explore the Singapore surounds. It's simple to use - you just point and go! It includes a choice of Map or Satellite Image in view and a Search function to help locate things. Once downloaded no wi-fi or cellular network is necessary, so you can use when out and about in Singapore when there is no or poor signal coverage. This version, for Singapore, locates places around Singapore central business district and surrounding Jurong and Tekong Islands, extending northwards through the Johar Straights up to southern Mayalsia and south to the Singapore Straight towards Batam in Indonesia. This is an area of over 2,200 sq miles (5,800 km2). All towns and districts within the region are covered including: Bishan, Bukit Merah, Bukit Timah, Downtown Core, Geylang, Kallang, Marina East, Marina South, Marine Parade, Museum, Newton, Novena, Quuenstown and Tanglin to name but a few. In fact there are over 8,000 places of interest viewable within the App including Marina Bay, the Singapore Flyer and of course the many skyscrappers at the harbor and downtown. Categories that can be viewed and selected include major Attractions, Hills, Lakes, Parks & Woodlands, Cities, Towns, Suburban Areas, Villages & Hamlets, Cafes, Restaurants, Cafes, Airports, Train & Major Bus Stations, Municipal Buildings, Places of Worship, Historic Sites and Museums & Arts.
