Hello everyone! The developer seems to have fixed the errors of the server not working, but it can now only interact with android. For iPhone, you can also register on the server to create an account, but the phone with the clock DOES NOT connect displays a message that your device must be authorized and everything is new ad infinitum.

Connection problem
Could not sign up through the app - kept getting a ‘connection abnormality’. It was solved eventually by using iPhone’s 4G connection instead of our Wi-Fi - don’t know why, but might help others. After that all seems ok.tybaltstone

Won’t connect to Location service !
App never appears on iPhone location

Some trouble getting started but hopeful the watch and app will be great.
I initially could not set up an account for this app to use my SuperSonic watch and contacted the developer and the watch manufacturer. Putting in the requested data and selecting send code returned Chinese characters and/ or some form of a ‘network anomalies’ pop up.
Switching Wi-Fi off and requesting the code again using only Cellular data did the trick and a code was immediately sent to my email allowing an account to be set up. I was then able to reenable Wi-Fi for normal use.
The customer service reps at Supersonic were very supportive as the conduit for responses from the developer.Show lessAxe 17

How do I sync the weather on my iPhone to watch? I use a watch face that has the weather but the temp is always wrong,how to fix this?rc obsession
