Customer service

If you need to contact customer service forget about it. They will not respond to your questions. I’ve had a couple of issues with the unit and sent an inquiry to customer service for each issue and have not received an answer for either. Luckily I figured out how to fix the issues without their help.

Great idea

The product is a great idea but it’s not without it’s issue’s and the issues are Bluetooth connection, it doesn’t connect half the time and you have to
Manually turn it on and also the other issue is it stopped turning on not sure why but this thing should come with a 3 yr warranty and or extended warranty option for the money it cost’s to buy one it shouldn’t be problem but it definitely need’s upgrading

Good concept, difficult to use

I got this thing over a year ago and thought it would be pretty cool to display messages through the rear window. At first I thought it would be pretty straightforward but after playing with it awhile I decided it was not very user friendly.

I picked it up again today, was able to configure it to display a message and was pretty happy about that. I don’t, however, see a way to power on the display from my phone. If I keep it plugged in to the 12v outlet in the back seat it should power up whenI start the vehicle and the display should light up - or at least it should allow me to connect to it from my phone and power up the display. The only way to get the display to light up is to manually hit the power button which means I have to crawl into the back seat before I go anywhere and turn on the power. Maybe future firmware updates will allow remote power up.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it. We just made a new release and tested the device in regards to manual power on, as you described. If you turn off the device via the app (not by pushing the power button), it should reconnect via the app as well (no need to click on the power button). You can send us an email to support@mojipic.co - I will share a video on how to do that.

Keeps crashing

can’t use voice commands while using Carplay

The app is kind of useless if you’re mounting this in a car. the point of voice commands is for them to be used safely - like when driving - but you can’t. Siri tells you that you cannot use them while connected to Apple Carplay, which is ridiculous.

Hi, Siri Voice Commands are working fine to allow voice control through your phone. We are working on integration with Carplay.

Connection issues

Cool device and idea. Unable to download gifs. Small library or make your own. Bluetooth connection is the worst. May connect for a few days in a row then it doesn’t want to connect. Try various methods of troubleshooting and maybe you can connect. Have so many issues with connectivity that I sometimes regret I bought it. But when it works it’s cool.

Hi Dragon, thank you for your feedback. You should be able to download GIFs from our catalogues with no problem, we also added Tenor catalogues now as well. We are expanding our catalogues as we speak and you can create your own images or download them too. As for the BLE connectivity - please, contact support@mojipic.co and we will gladlly help you.
