Thanks for your honest review, we appreciate negative feedback so we can improve the app. There are a lot of video editors available on the App Store, and we understand that you personally did not find StoryWave right for you, but we've heard from many users that they do prefer StoryWave and do find it simpler. Regarding the payment for premium features, we're a small indie studio and that is how we make a living, we offer a lot of the features for free and a free trial so we definitely want people to purchase these features only if they are interested in that. Hi there! Wow we are so sorry to hear that happened to you and really feel bad about it. First and foremost we would like to apologize and invite you to reach out to us via chat in the app or email at contact@unstaticapps.com so we can try and compensate you for the lost time. Second of all, we monitor all crashes on the app and we can safely say they are pretty rare (99.5% of users will never experience a crash), but there will always be the rare cases when this happens. We save the projects pretty frequently but our takeaway from your feedback is to increase that frequency. Also just so you know, you can duplicate a project as a backup, so if you are working on something super important you can always go back to the project list, duplicate it and that way you know you have a safe backup. We don't say that to not take responsibility for a lost document but just like with any productivity tool it's always good to back up once in a while. Again we are sorry and please contact us so we can try and compensate you. Thanks!

Trouble saving / lack of features
Limits text to 6. Which is strange there’s a limit. Lacks features like other video creation apps have. I paid for the year but unless updates happen I wouldn’t recommend it or will I continue its use

I'd like to address each of your points separately - * Regarding the app getting stuck saving videos, we are aware that there are rare cases where this may happen. Unfortunately since this is pretty rare we haven't solved it yet, but if you reach out to us via chat or email at contact@unstaticapps.com, we'd love to take a look at your project and see what is causing this. * Regarding text - we can understand your confusion but actually there isn't a limit of 6 text items - it's just that it's limited to 6 text TIMELINES. That means you can only have 6 items of text at the exact same time, but each of these timelines can have hundreds of text items. For example, jump into one of the text items, and tap the "+" button at a different time to add more text. Let me know if that is clear, and if not please contact us. * Regarding other missing features, we did try to keep the app focused on the most important things and not litter the UI with more features that not many people need but would make it harder for everyone to use. We'd love to hear of anything specific that you are missing and try to add it. Honestly we read all reviews and talk to many users and there haven't been many things that people have mentioned were missing so we do try to keep it simple rather than bombard the app with lots of stuff. I hope that makes sense and even if you don't agree I hope you can understand, and would love to chat with you further to learn more about what you'd like to see. Thanks!
First Week
Up until this issue the app was amazing it was super easy to make quick videos and even added my own music as it allows you to use ITunes but now not happy with the app.

If you'd still like to try the app, we do suggest you contact us and we will also try to make it up to you for the time you lost. If I had to guess, the issue you are describing might have to do with not enough free storage on your device, but that is just a guess and if we talk to you and look at your project we can figure that out together. Hi! Thanks for the feedback and for trying the app. The app is 100% free forever, and you can easily use it to edit videos. There are a few features which are considered "pro" and you need to buy a subscription to use them, but these are all optional and not critical. Thanks!
Music Editor doesn’t work
I’m able to add my music without issue. However, when I tap “Set Start”, the app doesn’t allow me to edit the start position of my track. I’ve tried on both iPhone and iPad, but this seems to be broken.
Can you fix this please?

They went above and beyond to help me, very rarely do I feel so taken care of by customer support. They were sooooo helpful. I appreciate it.
